Method:
1. In large skillet, over medium-high heat, saute turkey, onions,
and garlic 5 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink. Drain.
Return to heat.
2. Over medium heat, stir in flour, chili powder, pepper flakes,
salt, bouillon, and green chilies. Cook 3-4 minutes or until mixture
thickens, stirring constantly.
3. On each tortilla, spoon 1/2 cup of turkey mixture. Sprinkle
with 1 Tablespoon cheese and roll up.
4. Place burritos on 9 X 13-inch pan, lightly coated with vegetable
cooking spray. Cover pan with foil.
5. Bake at 350 degrees F. 15-20 minutes or until hot. Serve with
salsa, if desired.
