Turkey Focaccia Sandwich with Basil Salsa

2 Packages (8 oz.) Focaccia Bread
2 - 3 Leaves Lettuce, washed and dried
3/4 Pound Lakewood Plantation™ Oven Browned Heart-Shaped Skinless Turkey Breast , sliced thin
4 Ounces Provolone Cheese, sliced thin

Salsa
2 large Plum Tomatoes, diced and seeded
1 large Cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
2 Tablespoons Green Onion, chopped
1/2 Cup fresh Basil, chopped
1 Lemon, zested
2 Tablespoons fresh Lemon Juice
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Garlic, minced
1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper

To prepare salsa:

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Cover and let stand for 1 hour.

To prepare sandwich:

Place one focaccia loaf upside down on large plate. Arrange lettuce over focaccia. Top with turkey, cheese and basil salsa. Place remaining focaccia loaf on top and slice into 6 wedges.
