Amount Ingredient Description
3 Bags House of Raeford Pulled Rotisserie Seasoned Chicken Meat, Thawed (3#/Bag)
1.7 Gallons Cream of Chicken Soup, Reduced Fat & Sodium
5.3# Diced Frozen Carrots, Thawed
5# Frozen Corn, Thawed
1.15C Garlic Powder
12.6# Brown Rice
1.7 Gallons Water
6.9# Cheddar Cheese, Shredded

1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Mix all ingredients except for cheese in large mixing bowls.
3. Place mixture in large hotel pans. Sprinkle top with cheese.
4. Cover with foil.
5. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until rice is cooked to tender and chicken reaches
internal temperature of 165°F
6. Serve warm, using a 1⅓C measure.
